I stumbled on your webpage accidentally while researching ways to fight a traffic ticket and I wanted to point out a conflicting piece of information that I found. "by going to trial you've forfeited your eligibility to attend traffic school, so if you're found guilty you will get whatever points you've earned." This link from a lawyers website seems to contradict it: http://www.traffic-ticket-attorney.com/trafficschool.html NOTE: The court can not refuse to give you "traffic school" solely for the reason that you have exercised your right to go to trial. Some judges erroneously tell people that, if the person exercises his/her right to a trial, the court will not let them go to traffic school. This is contrary to law. If that happens, please let me know.
