From "Manager":

As Gary’s manager for the past 6 months, I have been very pleased with his job
performance. During the short period of time that he has been here, Gary has worked on
and completed several important projects. He is an intelligent problem solver who pays
attention to all the important details. He has followed all the guidelines that I have set for him
and have met or exceeded all of my expectations. He can be trusted to set goals and deadlines
for himself because he has always reached them. He has also gotten along very well with the
other programmers on my close-knit team, providing them any assistance they needed.

I believe Gary will be a great neighbor no matter where he lives because he is a respectful,
responsible and friendly individual that has always acted with great consideration for others.

From "Coworker":

I am Gary's coworker in the Derivative Documentation/Information Technology Group
and have known him for 6 months. We have worked together extensively on a variety of projects
that are critical to daily company operations. Based on my experience working with him, I think
Gary is a very fast learner that can absorb and apply new knowledge quickly and efficiently.
Once he has taken responsibility for a project, he will carry through with it. Even though he has
his own projects to work on from time to time, he never hesitates to drop what he is working on
to help others when it is asked of him. He is also a great communicator who can convey his ideas
and opinions clearly and effectively.

Personally, I have gotten to know him very well. The people in our group eat lunch together every
day and Gary has proved to be an entertaining addition to our daily get together. He is funny,
interesting and very friendly, and has established great rapport with everyone in the group. We have
all enjoyed his presence at the table.

Gary has been a great colleague and a valuable addition to our organization. I have every reason
to believe that he will be a wonderful resident in your building as well.
