J. Michael Richards

Academics:

I graduated with an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University in June, 1996. I earned a B.S. from the Symbolic Systems program at Stanford in June, 1994.

Some of my interests include:

  • search technologies
  • text taxonomization and categorization
  • object oriented analysis, design and programming
  • natural language processing/computational linguistics
  • machine learning
  • software development methodologies and engineering process
  • enterprise software architecture


Work:

I am currently the engineering manager for Search Technology at Plumtree Software.
Here I am with my wife Jody in Glacier National Park.
