Dr. Diane Grad (Jayne Brook)

Character description:

Dr. Grad has been primarily an AIDS research doctor. This gives her a slightly different perspective than the other doctors, who are more patient oriented. Previously, she treated her patients as numbers, and not allowed personal involvement, which changed when she gave malaria-therapy to an AIDS patient with little chance of survival. She is on the executive-board with Dr. Watters.
